The building's infrastructure also includes domestic water booster pumps, dedicated fire pumps, automatic sprinkler systems, and fire protection standpipes.
Trinity Towers
A nine-story residential building of 113,619 square feet. The renovation project focuses on upgrading the building's electrical infrastructure, lighting systems, and fire alarm protection while integrating new installations with existing building systems. The electrical scope includes modern lighting layouts, occupancy-based controls, automated exterior lighting, and emergency lighting connected to the building's existing backup generator. Fire alarm improvements incorporate updated audible and visual notification devices, synchronized strobes, ADA-compliant equipment, and modifications to existing fire alarm control systems.
Kennedy Apartments
This 19,320-square-foot residential development involves rear and vertical additions to an existing building, creating 25 residential units across five stories and a cellar.
The project incorporates mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC and ventilation, residential power distribution, lighting, domestic water supply, drainage, and fire protection infrastructure.
Rhode Island Apartments
This new 26,802-square-foot multifamily condominium development features 28 residential units across five stories and a penthouse level.
The project integrates comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including energy-efficient heat pump HVAC systems, programmable temperature controls, residential electrical distribution, lighting, domestic water supply, and drainage. Automatic fire sprinkler and standpipe systems provide essential life safety protection, while coordinated MEP infrastructure supports energy efficiency, resident comfort, and reliable building performance.
